Ingredients:

Pasta 400-500g
Parmesan/Parmigianino Reggiano cheese 80g
Egg yolks 5-6
2 clove garlic
Salmon 200g
Pine nuts/ 6 crushed walnuts
Heavy cream 200ml
Mixed herbs

Fry garlic, add salmon until cooked. Turn off stove. Mix grated cheese with yolk and cream. Add cream mixture and salmon into hot cooked pasta. Sprinkle herbs.
