Baked rice
Easy to prepare when what u need to bake is just mixture of rice with whatever u have at home, add some cheese.
Ingredients:
Cooked rice (3 rice cups)
1 can of mushroom soup (Campbell's)
1 can of tuna (or other meat)
Fried (soft) onion
Capsicum
Button mushroom
2 white eggs
Garlic powder
Cheddar cheese
Grana padano/ pecorino romano
Mozzarella
Salt
Seasoning (optional)
Pepper
Chilli flakes/powder (optional)
Top with bread crumbs/cream cracker biscuits/ panko/ oil/butter coated oats
Bake at preheated oven, 180°C for 30 minutes.
