Perfect carrot cake




This is not a story about a nicely decorated neither  pretty #carrotcake to brag about . This is a cake baked with lots of loves ❤️❤️❤️ and coated in tasty cream cheese frosting made by a very busy (who's not, right?) stay-home mom of four, who bakes at least once a fortnight for the daughter who claims to celebrate her mom's birthday almost every alternate week ๐Ÿ˜€ Isn't it wonderful? She makes me feel very special.



Trying very best to have the dessert done after the daily monotonous (tiring still) routines of cooking, ironing, sweeping, cleaning, laundry, making the bed bla bla bla and the list goes on while at the same time trying to find a little 'me' (oh so precious!) time revising my languages and other lessons. ู„ู„ู‡ ุชุนุงู„ู‰

We will celebrate and cut the cake (or any other desserts she requested) at dinner when all other family members are home. ๐Ÿ’‹
