Belgian Waffles
What I like most about this waffle recipe is that it is so tasty that you can just eat it on its own. Don't need syrup or toppings... It's already soooo good... Trust me. Been making this for almost a decade. My kids, nieces and nephew love it!

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar (I used 1/2 C)
3-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
2 large eggs, separated
1-1/2 cups whole milk
1 cup butter, melted (I used 1/2 Vege oil and 1/2 melted butter)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients except white eggs. Beat white eggs until stiff peaks form. Fold into mixture.
