Cauliflower-crust Pizza
It's lowcarb, glutenfree, sugarfree. #keto


Ingredients: 300-400g cauliflower floret, 1/4 C mozzarella cheese, 1/4 C parmesan cheese, 1/2 tsp salt, 1tsp italian mixed herbs, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 egg, 1 tsp psyllium husk (optional).

Method: pulse chopped cauliflower in food processor until look like snow (for around 30secs), then microwave the cauliflower for 1 min, leave it to cool and squeeze all water from cauliflower (using paper towel or hand towel, i used tealeaf-siever cloth (just like the one in the teh tarik shop)). Mix all ingredients and press and shape the dough on a pizza pan. Make sure place parchment paper to avoid the crust sticking to pan). Bake in preheated oven 230°c for 10mins ( or until pizza turn golden brown on top). Take out and put toppings (own choice). Bake again for 5-7mins just until cheese on top melted).
Voila! Trust me it didnt even taste cauliflower. It taste just like ordinary crust. I recommend this recipe. :)
